Studio 69 - Sound Perfection

Studio 69 T's & C's

of Our Contract Together At The Time Of Your Booking Or At
Least 7 Days Before Your Studio Time Slot.
 
Definitions:

Studio 69: Joseph Sturdy;
Client: You, the person who is purchasing services and/or goods
 
At Studio 69 we will provide the following services at the quoted rates:
  1. Recording Time: Cost Per Hour £30.00
  2. CDR(s): Cost Per Disk £2.00 (first one is free)
  3. Mix Down Inc Hour Rate £25.00 per hour
  4. Mics, Drum Kit, 1 Guitar Amp, 1 Bass Amp, Stands,
  5. Full Logic Audio Back Up Of The Recording CDR £5.00
 
Important terms of our agreement together, which must be read and signed at least 7 days before the studio session begins.
 
Studio Time Slots
  1. Be advised that all studio sessions will require Set Up time.
  2. Set Up time is charged out at the standard rate.
  3. Studio Time Slots must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
  4. Studio Time Slots can be booked in a maximum 7-hour blocks with a half   hour break.
  5. The Recording / Mixing / Mastering time will start at the beginning of the Studio Time Slot that is booked, regardless of whether you are present or  not.
  6. Studio Time Slots Start and End times must be specified during the     booking process.
  7. Studio 69 is not responsible for incorrectly completed booking forms.
  8. Booking forms that are incomplete will not be considered as authentic bookings.
  9. If you find you are unable to complete the booking forms correctly, please don't hesitate to contact us to get help!
 
Cancellations Terms & Costs
  1. Cancellations of Studio Time Slots must be reported within 48 hours of the start of the Studio Time Slot.
  2. Our Cancellation Charges are not unreasonable. We set aside time to help  you achieve your recording and so if you waste our time, we still need   paying for it. So you will be responsible for 100% of the payment for the Studio Time Slot that had been booked.
 
Studio 69 Users Particular Responsibilities
  1. You are responsible for all damage they cause to Studio 69's property.
  2. The client will pay the full replacement (or repair) cost of damaged item(s).
  3. Studio 69 is not legally responsible for any reproductions of copyrighted material. By signing this agreement the client is taking full legal    responsibility for all sound reproductions.
 
Recording Rights
  1. Studio 69 reserves the right to maintain a copy of all recorded material.
  2. These recordings may, with the clients permission, be packaged within   Studio 69 Pre-Release Promo's and Compilation CD’s.
  3. As these recordings are for promotional use only, the client will not receive any payment for the use of their recording(s).
  4. Likewise, Studio 69 will not profit from the client's recording(s).
